Mr. Whitehurst has tried over 25 cases with the regional Dallas litigation firm, Strasburger & Price, L.L.P. where he served as an equity partner before forming his current firm.

Mr. Whitehurst has been a frequent speaker and contributor at premises liability and personal injury presentations within the State of Texas and for in-house counsel of major corporations around the country. He has also written material and spoken at DRI programs in personal injury trial law.
