Frank Cawley is an active trial attorney defending individuals and corporations stemming from claims involving premises liability, products liability, trade practices, ERISA, insurance coverage and employment law.

EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Cawley decided to form his current firm after practicing in the Houston office of the Dallas litigation firm Strasburger & Price, L.L.P. He has participated in several trials involving catastrophic injury and death as well as ERISA, civil rights and business dispute trials. He has also arbitrated several personal injury, ERISA and insurance coverage cases.
