Marcus White

Marcus White is a partner with the firm. His practice is devoted primarily to the defense of companies stemming from premises liability actions, dram shop claims, and trucking accidents.

EXPERIENCE:
Since joining Whitehurst & White in 2009, Mr. White has focused his practice on litigation and trial law in claims related to premises liability, products liability, dram shop actions, catastrophic personal injury and death claims, trucking accidents, employment issues, ERISA, insurance coverage, and motor vehicle accidents. Mr. White manages cases throughout the state of Texas in both state and federal court, as well cases placed with the American Arbitration Association. While in law school, clerked for the 204th Criminal District Court and the Dallas District Attorney's Office, and worked with the Staff Attorneys serving the Dallas County Criminal District Courts. Prior to entering law school, Mr. White worked in marketing in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex.
